Łukasz Zdebelak

I am a psychologist and psychotherapist certificated in the cognitive behavioral therapy. I have worked as a psychologist since 2015.

When working with patients, one of the most important things, is to create the atmosphere of trust and sincerity, because it’s the optimal environment to change patients’ internal reality. I am also a host of the Youtube channel „Łukasz Zdebelak psycholog, psychoterapeuta” (en. „Łukasz Zdebelak psychologist and psychotherapist”). My channel on YouTube is a place where I help people solve their psychological problems by sharing my knowledge and experience related to the cognitive behavioral therapy and my work.

In my free time I like spending time with people that are close to me as well as my dog. I also like learning Spanish and editing movies.

I help adult patients by means of the individual therapy. I am working with people who suffer from: anxiety disorders, social phobia, hypochondria, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression and personality disorders. I gained my experience working over 3 years at the provincial hospital for nervous and mentally sick people in Cibórz (Lubuskie Province, Poland), where I helped patients by means of psychotherapy. I used also tests to get in depth insight into patient’s psychopathology. I worked also at the Mental Health Clinic in Zielona Góra. Moreover I have cooperated with the Psychotherapy and Development Centre in Zielona Góra since 2016, where I focus exclusively on psychotherapy. I also had numerous internships at the Psychological and Pedagogical Clinic in Szprotawa City, at the Hospital for Nervous and Mentally Sick People in Międzyrzecz City, at the Mental Health Center in Poznań and at the the Reflex Psychological Centre in Zielona Góra. As a transport psychologist I work with professional drivers. I have conducted tests for professional drivers in the area of the occupational medicine.

I have graduated as a psychologist from the Adam Mickiewicz University in 2014. I am also a graduate of the Transport Psychology School and of the SWPS Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapy University in Poznań, where I obtained a certificate of the cognitive-behavioral therapist. Number of my certificate is 865.
